 What a year it has been!! Just a quick update to say hello and let you know that I am so looking forward to being in Muskoka this summer and teaching Yoga! You can find me on all the Lakes but especially Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph.
I hope that you had a great winter. I was fortunate that my MA at the University of Ottawa took me to Ecuador for Fieldwork in Intercultural Exchange and Indigenous Plant Medicines. It was an amazing time of learning and being in the beauty of the land. This was my last day with a quick workout at the hotel before hopping on the flight back to Canada. See you soon, Muskoka!
